Travis Egedy (born May 1, 1985), better known by his stage name Pictureplane, is an American electronic musician based in Brooklyn, New York. He first appeared in the music scene of Denver, Colorado, making a name for himself at Rhinoceropolis, the DIY space where he also lived. He has been credited for coining the term “witch house”. He is also a founder of the fashion brand Alien Body.

Rory Ferreira (born February 3, 1992), better known by his stage names Milo (often stylized as milo) and scallops hotel, is an American rapper and producer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin; currently based in Biddeford, Maine.

Originating in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Ferreira received modest popularity and a cult fanbase following the release of his first two projects, I Wish My Brother Rob was Here and Milo Takes Baths, both of which receiving attention on blogs like The Needle Drop and mainstream publications like Forbes. The recognition led to Ferreira being noticed by rappers Busdriver and Open Mike Eagle, later going on his first tour with them and signing to their label, Hellfyre Club.

Ferreira’s debut studio album, A Toothpaste Suburb was announced in March 2014 though it underwent numerous hiccups during rollout and problems with its release, eventually getting released in September 2014. The issues around release resulted with Hellfyre Club folding and Milo founding his label, Ruby Yacht (stylized RBYT), which he currently runs out of his record store, Soulfolks Records in Biddeford, Maine.

Roland “Rollie” Pemberton is a Canadian rapper. Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Pemberton released his first album, Breaking Kayfabe, in 2005 to positive reviews. He subsequently signed with the American record label ANTI-, releasing the albums Afterparty Babies in 2008 and Hope in Dirt City in 2012. In 2009, Cadence Weapon was named Edmonton’s Poet Laureat and his first book Magnetic Days was published by Metatron in 2014.

His latest record “Cadence Weapon” brought Rollie to Belgium where he sat down with us for this interview. Check it out.

Julio Francisco “Ceschi” Ramos (born July 24, 1981), better known as Ceschi Ramos, or mononymously as Ceschi (pronounced “chess-key”), is an American hip hop musician based in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a co-founder of Fake Four Inc. He won the Connecticut Music Awards for Best Hip Hop in 2014.

Ceschi released his first solo album, Fake Flowers, in 2004. They Hate Francisco False followed in 2006.ย In 2008, Ceschi and his brother David Ramos founded the record label Fake Four Inc.ย Ceschi released The One Man Band Broke Up, a collaborative album with German producer DJ Scientist, in July 2010. It was described by Tiny Mix Tapes as “music for the saddest party in recorded human history.ย In 2014, Ceschi won the Connecticut Music Awards for Best Hip Hop. He released Broken Bone Ballads, a collaborative album with Canadian producer Factor Chandelier, in April 2015.

Greg MacPherson (born 1973) is a Canadian singer-songwriter based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. MacPherson performs both solo and with a backing band.

In addition to his musical career, MacPherson co-owns Canadian indie label Disintegration Records, and works as a community organizer in Winnipeg’s inner city. He has previously released albums on G7 Welcoming Committee Records, and more recently Smallman Records. The independent record label play/rec, based in Copenhagen, has released a compilation LP in Europe. His two most recent albums, Disintegration Blues in 2011 and Fireball in 2013, were released on his own Disintegration Records following the demise of both G7 Welcoming Committee Records and Smallman Records.

From 1997 until 2004, Wolf released music under the stage name Why?. In 2004 he transferred that name onto his newly founded band. Thereafter he has been credited for his solo work as Yoni Wolf.

Prior to the founding of the band Why? in 2004, Wolf had also been a member of numerous other groups, including Greenthink, Clouddead, Reaching Quiet and Hymie’s Basement.
